Real Estate Analyst/High Wycombe/6 months Contract/Up To £42 Per Hr
The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the property strategy for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in EMEA. The role to include supporting the end to end process, from project-kick-off to the execution of lease agreements. Throughout this process the Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for supporting all data collection and reporting; stakeholder communications; governance and the coordination of J&Js EMEA real estate partner activities.
Additionally, this role supports the strategic management of the company's real estate portfolio performance on a regional and global level to ensure that critical deadlines and portfolio cost and space targets are met.
1. Real Estate Planning and Forecasting
Support development and management of strategic portfolio plan (Strat Plan) that encompasses global workplace and real estate initiatives
Maintain a rolling 3 year pipeline of activity based upon lease events, growth projections, location performance and market entry
Liaise with the RE real estate Strategy team and real estate vendors to ensure complete and accurate communication of current and future real estate activity
Support the management of the lease database and portfolio reporting ensuring the data are accurate and relevant
Support managing the external lease administration and real estate transaction vendor relations and ensure compliance with appropriate service level agreements
Other activities as required by the EMEA real estate team
2. Lease Strategy and Transaction
Communicate RE processes, procedures and governance requirements to J&J offices prior to commencement of real estate projects
Work with J&J offices on strategic sign-off process as part of the corporate governance requirements
Manage process of developing occupancy requirement brief with J&J office, the Workplace Innovation team and other stakeholders
Provide project brief to and formalize instruction with J&J real estate partners
Support the management of real estate partners throughout project delivery process
Manage preparation of and process real estate business case for approval (The CAR process)
Bachelors degree in business, finance, real estate or related field
Minimum 3 years in a commercial project/programme management environment, ideally in a corporate real estate business with emphasis on real estate strategy, transactions, governance and portfolio planning
Established track record of data management, with reporting experience in a global environment
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with lease administration and financial reporting
Effective communications and relationship skills; ability to quickly develop "trusted advisor" status across all levels and competencies
Data-centric with superior analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously within tight timeframes
Influencing skills - the ability to build broad support for change
Strong program and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
High level of independence, initiative and insight

Experience working successfully within a complex Matrix structured organization is essential.
It is necessary to have the ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships.
