Job Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating existing and new customer sales, and for increasing account penetration and market share. Your specific duties in this Inside Sales Representative role will include:

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Ability to translate technical jargon for the average customer.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Maintains and expands client database within your assigned territory.

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements: We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives who are highly motivated, and who bring a great deal of energy and commitment to building a sales role within our organization. You should also display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of new and existing clients. Specific qualifications for the Inside Sales Representatives role include:

Professional Sales experience 1-3 years preferred.

Sales or technical knowledge of window film a plus.

Desire and ability to learn quickly.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

High degree of drive and motivation to advance within our company.

Experience working with Salesforce, Zoho or similar CRM

Knowledge of order entry / enterprise systems, preferably Finale inventory management software.

Above average verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient using diverse computer databases for data entry; adept at working with Microsoft Word and Excel packages and Google operating system.

Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Must be honest, assertive, loyal and systematic.

Minimum High School Diploma or GED.

Compensation

Base and commission (based on experience and sales performance)

Work Hours: Full Time
